Protein Smoothie Bowl with Granola

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • Half cup Spinach 
  • Ginger 
  • 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein
  • Splash of milk/coconut water 
  • Oats With Love (mixed in + on top)

How to Make

  1. Blend Oats with Love, banana, berries, protein, and a little milk until thick.
  2. Spoon into a bowl.
  3. Top with Oats & Berries

    The perfect crunchy-cold combo.

PB & Granola Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 slice sourdough or multigrain toast
  • 1–2 tbsp peanut butter
  • Fresh blueberries & banana
  • A sprinkle of Oats With Love

How to Make

  1. Toast your bread until golden.
  2. Spread with peanut butter.
  3. Top with blueberries, sliced banana
  4. Finish with a handful of Oats With Love.

    Enjoy immediately for the perfect crunch.

Peanut Butter Oat Power Bars

Ingredients

  • Oats
  • Chia seeds
  • Hemp seeds
  • Flaxseed meal
  • Collagen powder
  • Shredded coconut
  • Almonds (chopped)
  • Cinnamon
  • Cacao powder
  • Peanut butter
  • Chocolate protein powder
  • Honey or maple syrup (to help bind)
  • Optional: warm water
  • Optional: melted chocolate drizzle


Instructions

  1. Mix the dry ingredients
    Add oats, chia, hemp seeds, flax meal, collagen, shredded coconut, almonds, cinnamon, and cacao powder to a large bowl. Stir until everything is evenly mixed.
  2. Add your peanut butter & protein
    Spoon in peanut butter and a scoop of chocolate protein powder. Mix until the dry mix starts to come together.
  3. Sweeten + bind
    Add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup and mix again
  4. Press into a pan
    Line a small dish or loaf pan with parchment paper. Press the mixture in firmly so the bars hold their shape.
  5. Chill to set
    Refrigerate until firm (or freeze for a quicker set).
  6. Slice + enjoy
    Remove from the pan and cut into bars or squares.
